So, life's been a little hectic lately. I have had a sick baby and school is KILLING me. BUT I did manage to accomplish a couple thing I have been meaning to. First is a box for a friend of mine. She has a collection of Imp's Ears (sample vials) from the Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab, so I made her this box to keep them in (instead of shoving them in a drawer). I made an insert with holes to fit the vials so they stand upright to eliminate the chance of them leaking.
I also completed a trinket box of my own. I have had the box aged (which I do byhand, no commercial staining) with the ephemera tucked away inside for some time. The outside has a layer of vintage sewing patterns over it to give it more texture.
That's it for now. Hopefully I'll get a little bit of crafting time in a couple weeks when the new school term starts. For now, I will stress about finals next week. Wish me luck!
